Replace HVAC System on Vessel "Gillette"

The intent of this work is for the replacement of the no longer serviceable heating and cooling system aboard the FLETC vessel "Gillette." The HVAC system aboard the Gillette has been serviced several times to no avail. The current system was not designed for the type of demands being placed upon it. The vessel is needed nearly every week for training for which both students and staff use the HV AC system on a regular basis for comfort during long training days during all inclement weather. PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BY 1000 HOURS THE DAY BEFORE THE SITE VISIT, TWO (2) FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION TO GAIN ACCESS TO FLETC. ALSO YOU'LL NEED VEHICLE REGISTRATION, PROOF OF INSURANCE, AND VALID DRIVER LICENSE. YOU ALSO MUST BE A US CITIZEN.
