Lab Services for CRP/SOD Water Samples

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation IBM12R0022 is being issued in a Request for Quotes format. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60. IBM12R0022 is a total set-aside acquisition for small businesses. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380 for Testing Laboratories, with a corresponding small business standard of $12 million. Only offers from small businesses will be considered for this solicitation. The U. S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) has a requirement for a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for laboratory analytical services. The scope of work is attached. The Contractor is required to have acquired National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) certification through the state of Texas by the time of contract award. The resultant contract will be for one base year and four (4) one-year options.
