The General Service Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), National Information Technology Commodity Program (NITCP) has issued a task order under ID40130035 to Ezenia! Inc. for the renewal of InfoWorkSpace Executive User Licenses and InfoWorkSpace Server Kits in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The attached written justification has been prepared detailing the sufficient facts and rationale for limiting competition and is being posted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(2).
