The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, located in Chinle, Ariona, 86503 has an upcoming requirement for (2) Level 1 Rapid Infuser with warmer medical equipment. The Request for Quotations No. IHS1520669 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by 02/16/2026.  Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government needs, administrative documents and price. Quotes will be due on or by 02/26/2026.  The acquisition is a veteran owned small business (VOSB) set aside.

In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
