THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only. This notice is issued solely for market research, planning, and information-gathering purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. This is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is seeking industry feedback on the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for the planned installation of a Redundant Core Radio System, including a 100-foot communications tower, hardened equipment shelter, and associated integration services at FCI Leavenworth, Leavenworth, Kansas.

The installation at FCI Leavenworth will provide operational continuity and Core‑level backup for FCC Victorville and FCC Allenwood, ensuring uninterrupted communications in the event of system failure or required maintenance at either location.
Detailed technical requirements are provided in the attached SOW.
