The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking potential sources for approximately 104 secured parking spaces with access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Indianapolis, Indiana for use by multiple federal agencies. This procurement will be a new lease for a period of five (5) years with a one (1) year firm term with partial or full cancellation rights anytime after one (1) year with 30 days notice. The estimated occupancy date is March 1, 2010.
