GSA seeks to lease the following space

The Government currently occupies 2500 BOMA Office Area Square Feet (BOASF) of garage space at 22 Commercial Way, Hanson, MA 02341 under Lease Number LMA04514, which expires in June of 2019. The General Services Administration plans to execute a new lease with cancellation rights after 5 years and termination rights of 90 days for approximately 1700-2500 ABOA SF. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be located within a prime commercial office district with attractive surroundings. Space shall be ready for occupancy no later July 1st, 2018. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) Legal description 3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
