The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 1,373 rentable square feet in East Providence, RI within the following delineated area: North: Route 44 East: Massachusetts border South: I-195 West: Broadway The space should yield a minimum of 1,194 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet and meet full compliance with ADA and ABAAS requirements. The space shall be contiguous. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
