W--King Air 200 Aircraft Lease

The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Installations-West (RCO-MCI-W), has a requirement to contract for a periodic lease of a King Air 200 aircraft on a flight-hour basis for the 9th Marine Corps Recruiting District (9th MCD) based in Kansas City, Missouri. The requirement is for a firm fixed-priced contract based on a fixed hourly rate for flight hours. The resulting contract will have a base period of 12 months from 1 October 2009 to 30 September 2010 and three 12-month option periods. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 532411 "Commercial Air, Rail, and Water Transportation Equipment Rental and Leasing" with a size standard of $7.0 million. Solicitation M00681-09-T-0145 will be posted on 2 September 2009. This solicitation and resulting contract will be awarded utilizing FAR parts 12 and 13.5 procedures.
