R--Conference Management Support for BOEM Alaska OCS Region

This requirement is issued by the Bureau of Safety and Envrionmental Enforcement (BSEE) on behalf of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR part 15, as applicable and as supplemented with additional information provided herein. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number M12PS00017 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) on behalf of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), is seeking a contractor to provide logistical support for the scientific workshops, Information Transfer Meetings (ITM), and other scientific meetings to disseminate Alaska Outer Continental Shelf regional studies to the scientific community, industry, and the public. The Government anticipates a single award of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation, with a maximum order limitation of $600,000.00 over 36 months period of performance. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-58. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is a total set-aside for small business participation in accordance with the FAR part 19.502-2 (b). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611, entitled Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with the small business size standard of $14 Million.
