42--Test Liquid for AFFF

This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit an quote. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M62613-14-T-0027 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after Mar-27, 2014. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The FSC code is 4240 and the NAICS code is 325998. The solicitation is justified Brand Name Only and precludes equivalent products as attached on this notice. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows; ITEM NO 0001: PLANIT SAFE 3% Test Liquid ITEM NO 0002: Air Freight (if applicable) The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible quoter whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Technical Capability and Price. Quoters are instructed to completely fill out the attached “coversheet ? and “Vender Information ? and return them along with your quote. Failure to provide the required information and attachment may result in your quote being considered non-responsive by the Government.The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer.
