PLEXSYS is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the ASCOT simulation system and is the only known source for the components and data required for maintenance and/or software upgrades. PLEXSYS does not license their proprietary data to others for maintenance/warranty support. As the OEM of the ASCOT system, PLEXSYS has established rights, limited rights in data, patent rights, copyrights or secret processes that preclude any other source being able to perform this work.
