This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. Synopsis will be follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-13-T-0005 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 21 Nov 2012. In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.202(12). THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN, OKINAWA PREFECTURE. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows: Keyboardist, Protestant, Various Locations & Times. Each Base Period CLIN has a corresponding Option Period One CLIN (1001) , Option Period Two CLIN (2001), Option Period Three CLIN (3001), and Option Period Four CLIN (4001). The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering price and other factors. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. Solicitation will be available on or after 21 Nov 2012. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following websites https://www.neco.navy.mil and or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-13-T-0005. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CMP S.D.
