READY MIX CONCRETES, ASPHALT AND PRIMER, FILL MATERIALS, SOD AND RENTAL PUMP TRUCK

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the procurement of concrete, asphalt, fill materials and rental pump truck in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-18-Q-0002 will be issued on or after 20 December 2017. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54, and DPN 20111207. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 327320. The procurement constitute line items of CLIN 0001 through CLIN 4002: Note: Contractor’s must possess a Japanese business license or otherwise have authorization to perform services in Japan in accordance with DFARS 252.225.7042 Clause entitled, “Authorization to Perform ?. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Quoters must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web sites https://asia.neco.navy.mil/ under solicitation M67400-18-Q-0002.
