Hello Sales Department,

You have been selected to participate in a “FFP” (Firm Fixed Price)  RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates LLC (herein known as BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory, with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the operation of Brookhaven National Laboratory, herewith solicits your proposal for the purchase of (Universal Streak Camera System, No Equivalents or Substitutions.
