USSPACECOM Command and Control Facility (C2F): Design-Build Contractor (DBC) for Collaborative Delivery

* Government released Amendment 01 on 29 October 2026 for Challenge Statement with updates throughout. Additional document titled "RFI to Industry" is also attached for Contractor review and response. 

* "RFI to Industry" document is due back to the Government no later than end of day on 12 November 2026.

AFCEC and USSPACECOM require a qualified Design-Build Contractor (DBC) to provide architectural, engineering, secure facility design, civil/structural construction, FF&E, electronic security, construction site and surveillance system, integration of C4IT infrastructure delivery, and integrated commissioning for the ~800,000 GSF USSPACECOM C2F weapon system at Redstone Arsenal, AL.  The design and construction will result in a state-of-the-art facility that meets or exceeds the Operational Framework and considers potential future needs and uses of the facility.
