In addition, a draft solicitation and draft specifications are attached to this notice.  This is ONLY a draft solicitation and proposals will not be accepted.  

NOTE: All questions are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry via the Projnet website at https://www.projnet.org prior to 2 February 2026.  The Bidder Inquiry key is 3359F6-8VVZJS.

Please note that the following Personal Provective Equipment (PPE) is required Hardhat, safety toed shoes, safety glasses, high visibility vest or top.
