Information Technology (IT) Support Services for the Office of Naval Research Comptroller's Office (Code 08)

The Office of Naval Research (ONR) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI)/ Sources Sought (SS) to identify sources, particularly Small Businesses, capable of providing advanced Information Technology (IT) and Data Analytics (D&A) support for the ONR Comptroller's Office (Code 08). The goal is to sustain a comprehensive, cloud-based D&A environment that empowers strategic decision-making for the Navy's Science and Technology (S&T) portfolio. Core capabilities of interest include:

• Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) & Data Science
• Cloud & Data Engineering (e.g., AWS/Azure at IL5)
• Full-Stack Application Development & Modernization
• Agile/DevSecOps Methodologies
