For the purposes of this notice, a mobile facility shall be defined as an enclosed structure capable of complete set-up and tear-down in seven (7) business days. The Contractor shall provide evidence of experience performing mobile-based coating and corrosion treatment on military installations, specifically on active airfields, for consideration.

The Government anticipates a maximum of seventy-five (75) Aircraft Pylons to be stripped, treated, and recoated per month. The Contractor will make available the necessary skilled labor to be qualified by Government personnel in the application of RAM/LO on the associated components. In addition, the Contractor will ensure 100% compliance with local, state, and federal environmental controls governing the application, transfer, and disposal of Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and Hazardous Waste (HAZWASTE).
