Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-09-T-S001 http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/synopcom.htm is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. BASE FOR CHARGE, DIVERSIONARY, PRACTICE MK 155 MOD 0, NSN 1375-01-473-1120, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ADL 53711-7350913A. NOTE: ALL TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION (DWGs, ADL, CDRLs, and SQAP) ARE RESTRICTED/LIMITED DISTRIBUTION "D", SO YOUR COMPANY MUST HAVE A VALID REGISTRATION WITH THE JOINT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (JCP) IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION. TO REQUEST COPIES OF THE TDP DOCUMENTATION, YOU MUST E-MAIL YOUR REQUEST WITH YOUR COMPANY INFORMATION AND/OR JCP REGISTRATION NUMBER AND REFERENCE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER LISTED IN BLOCK 5 TO sharon.lapray@navy.mil. ONCE YOUR COMPANY VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY WITH JCP IS COMPLETED, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TDP DOCUMENTATION BY E-MAIL. IF YOUR COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A VALID JCP REGISTRATION YOU CANNOT RECEIVE THE TDP DOCUMENTATION. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FEDBIZOPPS and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
