Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has a requirement for the following items: Dual Connector/Protector Assembly, MK 53 MOD 0 for Min 0 ea., Max 100,000 ea. Single Connector/Protector Assembly, MK 54 MOD 0 for Min 4,000 ea., Max 75,000 ea. Single Connector/Protector Assembly, MK 55 MOD 0 for Min 0 ea., Max 140,000 ea. The units procured under this requirement shall be manufactured in accordance with the applicable Automated Data Lists (ADL), Specifications and Technical Drawings. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the best value to the government, considering past performance and price factors only. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery FOB Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. It is anticipated that a 5 year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), supply contract will be issued at contract award. First Article Units will be required. The applicable NAICS Classification is 325211 and the size standard is 750 employees. To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the Government(s) System for Award Management (SAM) database. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
