Sole Source Procurement The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Sensor Technology, Ltd, PO Box 97, 20 Stewart Road, Collingwood, ON, Canada. All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to solicit, negotiate, and enter into a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Non-Commercial Supply Contract IAW FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for a period of five years after date of contract for the following procurement: CLIN0001 - Ceramic Elements IAW Attached Drawing no. 8347999 QTY - Undefined Total quantity will not exceed 1000 EA. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery: FOB Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, Indiana 47522-5001 within 14 weeks ARO. Early and partial deliveries are acceptable at no cost to the government. To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The link to the website is https://www.sam.gov An acceptable quote will consist of the following: Signed SF 1449 (ALL PAGES RETURNED) All pricing must be entered on attached pricing matrix Contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the solicitation attachments. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Quotes must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation.
