N00164-16-R-JQ64 - SOLE SOURCE - EYESAFE LASER RANGE FINDERS FOR THE MULTI SPECTRAL TARGETING SYSTEM (MTS) - NAICS Code 334511 - FSC: 5855 Anticipated Issue Date: 23 MAR 2016 - Anticipated Closing Date: 22 APR 2016 - Time 2:00 PM EDT The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division anticipates awarding a five year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Eyesafe Laser Range Finder requirements on a sole source basis to L-3 Advanced Laser Systems Technology (L-3 ALST), 2500 North Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32084 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". The procurement is for Eyesafe Laser Range Finder spares, repairs, test equipment, data deliverables and engineering services in support of Multi Spectral Targeting Systems. This procurement is for a maximum of $13,413,032. The FOB point shall be FOB destination: NSWC Crane. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Delivery terms will be addressed per delivery order. Data deliverables are in accordance with Contract Data Requirements Lists, DD 1423's. Request for proposal will not be made available through http://www.fbo.gov. The request for proposal will be provided to L-3 ALST through electronic mail. The proposed noncompetitive contract action is anticipated to be awarded under FAR part 15, contracting by negotiation. The anticipated contract action award date is 15 JUL 2016. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
