The intent of this solicitation is to procure CPR, AED, First Aid, and Blood-Borne Pathogen instructor led courses IAW the SOW.. It is in the best interest of the Government to solicit this request as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract for a period of five years. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business. Competitive quotes will be accepted IAW the Statement of Work. IAW FAR 16.504(c)(1)(ii)(B)(5), the total estimated value of the contract is less than the simplified acquisition threshold; therefore it is not anticipated that this will be a Multiple Award Contract. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-23-Q-0115 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
