The Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery contract and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 13 Simplified Purchase Acquisitions for carpet cleaning services as required by the Commander Navy Region Mid-lant. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 561740. The size standard is $4.5M. The Period of Performance consists of a base period of twelve months with four twelve-month option periods (to be exercised at the discretion of the Government based on need and satisfactory performance). Anticipated start date is 01 August 2008. This requirement is a 100% set-aside to the 8(a) Program. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. By submitting a quote, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
