G--Mortuary Services for Camp Lejeune, NC and Cherry Point, NC.

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract with Firm Fixed Priced provisions under full and open competition. This procurement will utilize procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The Contractor shall provide mortuary services and supplies for Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune, NC and Naval Clinic Cherry Point, NC. The resulting contract will be include a base year plus four (4) additional one- year periods. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 25 June 2009 by downloading the documents at the NECO website at http://www.neco.navy.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 812210 with a size standard of $6.5 million. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principle corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer.
