The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to negotiate solicitation N0018921Q0167, a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract for Local Civilian Range Support Services for Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group Two (EOD Group TWO). The policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, will be utilized.
