D--ngineering technical services for maintenance of the ISCS a satellite command and control system implemented using the HARRIS developed Open System Common Envioronment for testing and CATS Software

This notice modifies the presolicitaion notice for engineering technical services for maintenance of the ICCS a satellite command and control system implemented using the HARRIS developed Open System Common Environment for testing CATS software as required by the Naval Satellite Operations Center (NAVSOC), Point Mugu, CA which was previously synopsized on 29 NOV 2007. The anticipated release date for RFP number N00244-08-R-0020 has been changed to 3 April 2008. The RFP will close approximately 30 days after issuance.
