NEXCOM Yokosuka Elevator Repair Sources Sought Notice

The Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM), Code B Facilities Construction Contracting Branch, is conducting market research to identify interested and capable sources for a potential Design-Build project involving the replacement of two existing passenger elevator systems at Navy Lodge Buildings 1315 and 1316, Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan.

The anticipated work includes design, demolition and removal of existing elevator systems, installation of new elevator systems, associated building modifications, system integration, testing, and commissioning.
