Amendment 0003 provides one vendor question and answer, updates quantities and unit of issue for specified CLINs and SubCLINs and extends the solicitation close date. Amendment 0002 provides vendors questions and answers. Amendment 0001 answers vendor questions and answers and clarifies when key personnel resumes required to be submitted. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) participants. Eligibility to participate may be restricted to 8(a) participants in either the developmental stage or the developmental and transitional stages This procurement is classified under the NAICS Code 561320 Temporary Help Services and Supplies & Equipment. Award of firm-fixed price SERVICE Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract is anticipated. The requirement is to provide responsive, efficient, and reliable means of obtaining temporary contract labor support on an as-needed basis to meet the operational objectives at Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) Yokosuka and Sasebo, Japan, and various other outlying tenant commands located in Japan.
