Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Grant Sturm at grant.m.sturm4.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 3 December 2024. Solicitation N0042125Q0035 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with VSAAB, Inc. for MDS Battery Subsystem Replacements items listed in solicitation, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Vendors must be authorized distributor of SAAB, Inc. Must submit documentation that you are authorized distributor with response. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 3 December 2024. A determination by the Government not competethis proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
