The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Solar Stik Inc for 24VDC Li BOS 2000-120 M-5199 P/N: 20-0205199 items as listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov. Vendors must be Solar Stik Inc. authorized distributor and provide documentation to be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
