Graphic Design IDIQ Contracts

The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals to provide conceptual graphic design, writing, editing, cartography, illustration, print-ready graphic production and website design and development services for all media types. The government anticipates award of up to five Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts. These contracts will be issued for a one-year period with priced options for four additional years of continued performance. Each contract will contain a guaranteed minimum of $2,000 for each year. The maximum workload for each contract will be $100,000 per year. If less than five contracts are awarded, the maximum workload will be adjusted accordingly. A specific scope of work will accompany each task order negotiated under the basic contract. The solicitation will be available via Electronic Commerce on or about February 1, 2010.
