T--T006 - Multimedia Planning and Production Services

The Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, located in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, provides multimedia planning and production services to support approximately 380 units of the National Park Service, other Bureaus of the Department and other Agencies of the Government. This includes a wide assortment of natural, historical and cultural areas throughout the United States and its territories. Proposals are being solicited for multimedia planning and production services with installation to support the National Park Service and other Department of the Interior multimedia requirements. Requirements are for the development and installation of a variety of interactive programs. Projects will vary in size and scope. These contracts will be negotiated to provide specific work elements in support of projects that are planned and produced in-house, or projects that encompass all multimedia requirements. The Government anticipates up to four awards of Indefinite Quantity Fixed-Price contracts. These contracts will be negotiated for a one-year period with priced options for four additional years of continued performance. Each contract will contain a guaranteed minimum of $2,500 for each year. The maximum workload for each contract will be $750,000 per year. Work will be directed by the issuance of competitive Task Orders under the provisions of each contract. The solicitation will be available via Electronic Commerce on or about September 17, 2008. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.
