99--Audio Description for Existing and New Projects.

The Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, located in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, provides interpretive media that is accessible to approximately 390 units of the National Park Service, other Bureaus of the Department and other Agencies of the government. This includes a wide assortment of natural, historical and cultural areas throughout the United States and its territories. Proposals are being solicited for audio description for existing and new projects. The government anticipates up to six awards of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Fixed-Price contracts. These contracts will be negotiated for a one-year period with priced options for four additional years of continued performance. Each contract will contain a guaranteed minimum of $2,500 for each year. The maximum workload for each contract will be up to $50,000 per year. Work will be directed by the issuance of task orders under the provisions of each contract. The solicitation will be available via Electronic Commerce on or about November 17, 2008. Contract awards are anticipated on or before January 30, 2009. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.
