USNS MEDGAR EVERS ROH/DD FY2027

Prepare for and accomplish the Regular Overhaul and Dry Docking (ROHDD) of the MEDGAR EVERS (T-AKE 13) as specified in the solicitation and in accordance with the work item package. The anticipated period of performance is 1 March 2027 to 28 July 2027. The place of performance for this contract shall be the contractor's facility. Due to operational and national security availability considerations, the location shall be East or Gulf Coast.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.

The decision to solicit as a total small business set-aside was made from market research. There is an expectation of receiving proposals from two or more small businesses. The MSC Office of Small Business and Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative concurs.
