S--NSA Support Site Multi-Services Contract, Gricignano, Italy

This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors of an upcoming solicitation that will be solicited on an unrestricted basis with full and open competition. The Multi-Services Naval Support Activity (NSA) Support Site Contract will provide for all management, supervision, labor, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and incidental items necessary to provide janitorial and other support related services (Refuse Collection and Recycling, Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, Street Sweeping and External Area Cleaning) at Gricignano, Italy as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). NSA is serviced by Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe, Africa and Southwest Africa (NAVFAC EURAFSWA), Public Works Department (PWD) Naples (FEAD), Naples, Italy. This acquisition is for a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide primarily janitorial and other support related services for NSA Support Site, Gricignano, Italy. The contract duration consists of a one-year base period, four (1) one-year option periods for a maximum quantity of sixty (60) months. Options will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Government and are not guaranteed. The Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation will be posted on or about 23 May 2012 to the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website.
