Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe Africa Southwest Asia (NAVFAC EURAFSWA), Naples, Italy plans to issue a solicitation for a Multi-Services Contract for Naval Support Activity (NSA) Support Site, in Gricignano, Italy. The Support Site is approximately 15 kilometers north of NSA Naples and it provides necessary services including housing, Navy Exchange, commissary, and medical services to the Naples military and civilian personnel as well as services to North Atlantic Treaty Organization personnel and their families. NSA is serviced by NAVFAC EURAFSWA, Public Works Department, Naples, Italy. The solicitation number will be N33191-13-R-0830. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quotation, or invitation for bid. This is a notice for planning purposes. The services include but are not limited to: Refuse Collection and Recycling, Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, Street Sweeping and External Area Cleaning at Gricignano, Italy as described in the Performance Work Statement. The procurement method will be contracting by negotiations. The solicitation will utilize source selection procedures, which require offerors to submit a technical proposal, price proposal, and a submission for responsibility determination for evaluation by the Government. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561210. The contract duration is 11 months. This procurement will replace an existing contract.
