**NOTICE: THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS** NAVFAC Washington would like to acquire a qualified contractor to provide a solution for internal and external hard disk failure. This process will consist of recovery with the goal of total data retrieval. The contractor will provide their pricing data. This should consist of communication from the operating system under the formatted media, determining the size, or capacity of the media, and understanding how to achieve the data recovery. This is to ensure a short downtime period from the end user for hard disk failure and allows NAVFAC an alternate solution. NAVFAC Washington will be provided documentation of all data sent and received for all sensitive material.
