V--Shuttle Bus Services at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center; Bethesda, MD

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICIATION NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to notify potential offerors that the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Washington, Public Works Office Bethesda, intends to solicit proposals and award a combination Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (FFP/IDIQ) contract to provide shuttle bus services to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and surrounding area at Bethesda, MD. The proposed contractor shall provide, but not be limited to, shuttle bus services normally during Government regular working hours, but also during weekends or holidays within the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and surrounding area at Bethesda, MD. The proposed contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, buses, specified equipment and accessories for buses, bus maintenance and repair, all other equipment, fuel and oil, tools, and materials required to perform shuttle bus transportation services. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 485999 and the annual size standard is $14,000,000.00. The contract term will be a base period of one (1) year plus two (2) options years. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six months under the Option to Extend Services clause. The proposed contract is limited to qualifying 8(a) firms. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers.
