This Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Facility Support Services contract. This is a competitive 8(a) Small Business Set Aside acquisition. The work includes all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide Custodial, Pest Control, Refuse and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) facility services for Marine Reserve Centers located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) and Marine Corps Reserve Training Center (MCRTC), Miramar, California. The resulting contract will include a base year of 12 months and four 12-month option periods, for a total of five years. Estimated price range for the entire five year acquisition is $1M-$2M. This announcement, inclusive with attachments, constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued.
