Z--INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) U.S. NAVY REGION CENTER SINGAPORE

This contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Design Build/ Design-Bid Build contract that consists of CLINS 0001 through 0005 to include a base period and four option periods. The NTE is SD $6,299,600 (US $4,000,000 @ SD $1.5749/ US $1) per year with the potential contract total of SD $31,498,000 (US $ 20,000,000 @ SD $1.5749/US $1). The contract period for the base period and including the four option periods is from 29 July 2009 to 28 July 2014. Task orders will be issued for work that will require design and construction services. In support of design-build work, the Contractor shall employ the services of an architect-engineering professional experienced in the coordination of multi-disciplined architectural-engineering design efforts in all aspects of general building and new renovation projects. Minimum Task Order value is SD $39,373 ($25,000 @ SD $1.5749/$1) and the maximum task order value is SD$ 2,362,350 ($1,500,000 @ SD $1.5749/$1). The work includes, but is not limited to labor, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform new construction, repair, alteration, and related demolition of existing infrastructure based on two phase design build, modified design build, modified or full plans and specifications for DOD infrastructure within U.S. Navy Region Center Singapore. The areas of consideration will include, but not limited to, Navy and miscellaneous Federal and other facilities.
