C--Multiple Award Construction Contract for Rhode Island and Connecticut AOR

PROJECT TITLE: Bldg A63 Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Components and Roof Replacement, Naval Station Newport The intent of this project is to perform a design build contract to execute the following work at Building A63: a. Replace existing rooftop heating, ventilating and air conditioning unit referred to as HVAC-1. Existing in McQuay Model # RDS708BY, S/N 3VB00579. b. Replace existing rooftop condensing unit referred to as CU-1. Existing unit is McQuay Model #5EN0804C, S/N 948612-033. c. Replace all zone dampers in the area served by HVAC-1. d. Replace all HVAC control system and sensors for spaces served by HVAC-1. e. Replace direct digital control system for HVAC-1 and tie into building energy management system. f. Perform testing and air balance and commission new HVAC controls. g. Replace 64’x64’ roof.
