FACILITY INVESTMENT SERVICES FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF ABOVEGROUND STORAGE TANKS (AST) AND UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS (UST) AT THE NAVAL STATION NEWPORT, NAVAL UNDERSEA WARFARE CENTER, NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND AND OTHER AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Facility Investment services for facilities at the Naval Station Newport, Naval Undersea Warfare Center, and other areas of responsibility The Contractor shall also perform maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition and minor construction for the above ground and underground storage tanks. This Service IDIQ contract period of performance will be a base year plus four option years See Solicitation and Attachments for more detail. An amendment (1) was added with additonal site maps with extensive tank information for all of the tank listed in the inventory.
