Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia AOR

Amendment 0002 is issued to incorporate the site visit log. Amendment 0001 is issued to incorporate a proposal due date extention. The proposal due date is hereby extended from June 22,2022 to June 28,2022 at 2 PM EST. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials and equipment required to perform Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia, (AOR). And other items necessary to provide the services outlined below and described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include shall perform maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition and minor construction for interior plumbing and exterior plumbing and for the following related utility systems and equipment: Low Pressure Steam, Condensate Pumps, Sump Pumps, Booster Pumps, Water Distribution Systems (fresh and salt), Sewage and Storm Water Systems and the related equipment such as Flood Control Valves and Booster Pumps. *****Please see attachments for more information***
