Z--Design Build Multiple Award Construction Contract (DB MACC)

This Design Build Multiple Award Construction Contract has been awarded as a HUBZone set-aside to ten (10) contractors in the aggregate maximum amount of $50,000,000 (base period) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity for new construction, renovation/modernization and routine repair/maintenance of Government shore-based facilities in Guam. The total contract amount is not to exceed $400,000,000 (base period and four option periods). Ace Builders, LLC was awarded the first task order at $579,600 to construct sidewalk and drainage swale improvements from near the Sierra Wharf gate to the MSC office and to provide solar powered lights at the deployed parking lot at Naval Base Guam. Work for this task order is expected to be completed by January 2010. The remaining nine contractors are being awarded the minimum guarantee of $25,000. These ten (10) contractors will compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract.
