C--Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Contract for Mechanical A-E Services for Various Facilities and Activities under the Cognizance of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marianas

This Mechanical A-E IDIQ services has been awarded as a HUBZone set-aside to WM Engineering Services, LLC. The total maximum dollar value, including the base period and all option periods, is $20,000,000 for the contract. The total amount that may be paid under the contract (including option periods) will not exceed $20,000,000 for the entire contract term. The minimum guarantee for the entire contract term (including option periods) will be satisfied by the award of the initial task order. The options may be exercised within the time frame specified in the resultant contract at the sole discretion of the Government subject to workload and/or satisfaction of the A-E performance under the subject contract. There will be no dollar limit per task order or period, but the estimated maximum amount per period is $4,000,000. The seed project in the amount of $55,903.00 is to provide (1) energy solar hot water B2000 FY16 Project Development; (2) evaluate B2000 domestic hot water; (3) provide information for FY16 DD1391 development; and (4) develop request for proposal (RFP) documents. Work for this task order is expected to be completed by November 2015.
