THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER N44255-08-R-3003, INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC), FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS WITHIN THE NAVFAC NORTHWEST AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WASHINGTON, OREGON, IDAHO, MONTANA, ALASKA, AND WYOMING. RECOVERY RM 09-0842 Repair NOSC Reserve Training Building, Portland, Oregon Solicitation N44255-08-R-3003/X011 will result in the repair and renovation of facilities at the Portland Reserve Center in Portland, OR. This project is to modernize, refurbish, and upgrade the Administrative Building (B01), Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC), at Portland Oregon. The task order includes providing new fire sprinklers for the entire building, removal and replacement of asbestos floor tile and base, removal and replacement of the Drain Waste and Vent and domestic hot and cold water lines and plumbing fixtures, upgrade the electrical distribution system to meet current loads, architectural refurbishment including new interior doors, new floor tile and base, and interior painting, and other items of work as identified in the RFP.
