The maximum dollar value including the base period and four option years for all eight contracts combined is $240,000,000. All work on this contract will be performed primarily within the NAVFAC Northwest AOR which includes Alaska, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of July 2022. Alutiiq Manufacturing Contractors, LLC ; Bethel-Webcor JV-1;Bristol Design Build Services, LLC ;CMS Corporation; David Boland, Inc.; Doyon Project Services, LLC; Jabez-Absher 1 Joint Venture; and VNM Joint Venture are being awarded an initial task order of $25,000 to satisfy the guaranteed minimum. Fiscal 2017 operation and maintenance, (Navy) funds in the amount of $200,000 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Future task orders will be primarily funded by military construction, (Navy); operation and maintenance, (Navy) and Navy working capital funds. This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website with 24 proposals received. These eight contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract.
