The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 dated 26 May 2022, and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 28 April 2022. The acquisition is solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Only those small business concerns that meet the NAICS code size standard will be considered for award.
